Your views are very important to us. We try to use all feedback to improve our services. Talk to one of the team by calling the surgery or alternately become a member of the PPG (Patient Participation Group). If you have a complaint about our service, we need to know as soon as possible to put things right. The surgery uses the NHS complaints procedure so please contact the practice manager or doctor straight away.
